Keynotes, Workshops and Seminars in Phoenix

Financial wellness keynote speaker in Phoenix

Phoenix is the fastest-growing big metro in the country, and the cost of living is growing with it. I teach Valley employers’ people how to handle money in a city that changed faster than their paychecks.

Anyone can get good with money

What money stress looks like in Phoenix

Maricopa County added more than 61,000 people in a single year and led the nation in net migration. People moved here for the jobs in healthcare, semiconductors and professional services, and for a cost of living that used to be a bargain. It is not a bargain anymore. Phoenix households now spend a median of about 32 percent of income on rent, above the line that counts as cost-burdened, and overall costs run about 5 percent above the U.S. average with housing 10 percent above. The raise that came with the move did not come with instructions.
That is the room I walk into in Phoenix. Newcomers on a new budget, long-time locals watching the numbers change, and the employers and associations trying to keep both. I teach them how money works in their numbers, and I give the employer a way to make the benefits package part of the reason people stay.

Hi, I’m Hillary

I have spent 16 years teaching people how money works. Fourteen of those were inside banking and mortgage lending, where I watched smart, hardworking people sign for things they did not understand because nobody had ever explained it in plain language. I started Financial Footwork in 2016 to fix that, first with professional sports organizations, then with the employers, associations and universities who saw what it did for a room.
Since then I have worked with 15+ professional sports organizations and 50+ employers, associations and universities, and I was named a Top 50 Financial Speaker in 2022 and 2023. In Phoenix I work with the Arizona Cardinals, and the same method that works in an NFL locker room works in a Valley all-hands. My book, Train Your Money, is the method I teach from the stage.
Here is what that means for you. I am not a financial advisor looking for clients, and I do not pitch a product or collect your employees’ information from the stage. I teach. Your people leave knowing what to do with their next paycheck, and you get a room that finally understands why the benefits matter.
Hillary Seiler, NFL Money Coach and founder of Financial Footwork.
