Keynotes, Workshops and Seminars in Las Vegas

Financial wellness keynote speaker in Las Vegas

Las Vegas runs on tips, shifts and commission, and it hosts more conferences than any city in America. I teach both rooms how to handle money that does not arrive the same way twice.

Anyone can get good with money

What money stress looks like in Las Vegas

One in four jobs in Las Vegas is in leisure and hospitality, and Nevada has one of the highest shares of tipped workers in the country. That means a huge part of the workforce lives on income that changes with the season, the convention calendar and the night. Average weekly wages here run about $300 below the national figure, and Nevada has the second-highest rate of cost-burdened renters in the U.S. Meanwhile the city fills up every week with sales teams and association members who flew in for a kickoff or an annual meeting, most of them carrying the same money stress home.
That is the room I walk into in Las Vegas, and I have two versions of it. The local workforce that needs a plan for variable income, and the visiting conference crowd that needs a session worth remembering after the trip. Both get the same thing: how money works, in their numbers, and one move to make on the next check.
26%
of Las Vegas jobs are in leisure and hospitality, 302,000 of 1.17 million
57.6%
of Nevada renter households are cost-burdened, second-highest in the country
$1,345
Las Vegas average weekly wage versus $1,654 nationally

Hi, I’m Hillary

I have spent 16 years teaching people how money works. Fourteen of those were inside banking and mortgage lending, where I watched smart, hardworking people sign for things they did not understand because nobody had ever explained it in plain language. I started Financial Footwork in 2016 to fix that, first with professional sports organizations, then with the employers, associations and universities who saw what it did for a room.
Since then I have worked with 15+ professional sports organizations and 50+ employers, associations and universities, and I was named a Top 50 Financial Speaker in 2022 and 2023. In Las Vegas I work with the Las Vegas Raiders, and the same session that works for a roster on a short income window works for a workforce that lives on tips. My book, Train Your Money, is the method I teach from the stage.
Here is what that means for you. I am not a financial advisor looking for clients, and I do not pitch a product or collect your employees’ information from the stage. I teach. Your people leave knowing what to do with their next paycheck, and you get a room that finally understands why the benefits matter.
Hillary Seiler, NFL Money Coach and founder of Financial Footwork.
