Keynotes, Workshops and Seminars in Boise
Financial wellness keynote speaker in Boise
The Treasure Valley is growing fast and the cost of living is growing with it. I teach Boise employers’ people how to handle money in the city they actually live in, and I have been doing it here longer than anywhere.
Anyone can get good with money
What money stress looks like in Boise
Ten years ago a Boise paycheck went a long way. Then the rest of the country found out about the Treasure Valley. Housing prices more than doubled, rents followed, and the people who kept this city running, in healthcare, construction, tech, agriculture and the credit unions and banks on every corner, found themselves with a raise that did not cover the difference. Employers here feel it in every benefits meeting and every exit interview.
That is the room I walk into in Boise. People who work hard, who moved here or stayed here for a reason, and who have never been taught how money works in a market that changed this fast. I teach them, in their numbers, and I give the employer a way to make the benefits they already offer part of the answer.

Hi, I’m Hillary
I have spent 16 years teaching people how money works. Fourteen of those were inside banking and mortgage lending, where I watched smart, hardworking people sign for things they did not understand because nobody had ever explained it in plain language. I started Financial Footwork in 2016 to fix that, first with professional sports organizations, then with the employers, associations and universities who saw what it did for a room.
Since then I have worked with 15+ professional sports organizations and 50+ employers, associations and universities, and I was named a Top 50 Financial Speaker in 2022 and 2023. In Boise, I partner with Boise State Athletics on a year-round financial wellness series that reaches every team on campus. My book, Train Your Money, is the method I teach from the stage.
Here is what that means for you. I am not a financial advisor looking for clients, and I do not pitch a product or collect your employees’ information from the stage. I teach. Your people leave knowing what to do with their next paycheck, and you get a room that finally understands why the benefits matter.
