Keynote speaker for leadership conferences and corporate summits.
Money stress is costing your organization more than any line item on the agenda, and it is costing your leaders personally too. I give the room a way to handle both, starting with their own paycheck.

The performance problem that never makes the agenda.
Your leadership summit covers strategy, culture, engagement and retention. Money stress sits underneath all four and rarely gets a session of its own. The people your leaders manage are distracted by it, and a surprising number of your leaders are too, because a bigger title and a bigger salary do not come with instructions.
A leadership audience that understands how money stress shows up in performance, and how to handle their own, walks out with a lever most leadership programs never hand them.

Hi, I'm Hillary Seiler. And I've watched executives make the same money mistakes as everyone else, with more zeros.
I have spent 16+ years teaching people how money works, 14 of them inside banking and mortgage lending. I started Financial Footwork in 2016, first with professional sports organizations, where leaders carry the same responsibility yours do: a roster of talented, well-paid people whose performance depends on what is going on in their heads. My book, Train Your Money, is the method I teach from the stage.
Two things for a room of leaders.
I make the case that money stress is a performance issue, with the numbers to back it, and I hand leaders a way to handle their own money that they can model for their teams. I do not sell financial products and I do not take clients. Leaders leave with a plan for themselves and a conversation they can have with their people.
Keynotes, workshops and seminars built for a room of leaders.

Leaders who handle their own money can talk about it with their teams.
Before I walk on stage I learn your organization: what the summit is trying to accomplish, what your leaders are being asked to do differently this year, and which benefits already exist for their teams. Then I build the session so the case lands in your numbers, and the moves I hand leaders fit your culture and your benefits.

Meeting Planners Download the media kit Watch Hillary speakWhy book a money speaker for a leadership conference?
Because money stress shows up in performance, and it almost never gets a session of its own. Leaders who understand how it shows up on their teams, and who can handle their own money, have a lever most leadership programs never give them. It is a performance topic, delivered to the people responsible for performance.
What makes Hillary different from other leadership keynote speakers?
Hillary spent 14 years in banking and mortgage lending and has taught money to 15+ professional sports organizations, where leaders manage rosters of talented, well-paid people. She brings evidence, a method, and a plan leaders can use on themselves first, and she does not sell financial products or take clients.
Which keynote is right for our leadership conference?
The $183 Billion Problem is the keynote written for leadership audiences. Train Your Money fits a summit or all-hands with leaders and teams together, Money, Backwards fits executive teams, The Belief Before the Money fits emerging leader programs, and The Math Has to Math fits leaders whose pay moved up faster than their plan. Tell our team about your agenda on the booking form and we'll recommend one.
Is this a personal finance talk or a leadership talk?
Both, on purpose. Leaders get a plan for their own money and the performance case for money stress on their teams, and the balance is set with your team before the event.
Will Hillary reference our benefits and resources?
Yes. Before the event, Hillary learns which benefits and resources already exist, such as your 401(k), HSA and EAP, and points leaders to them so they can point their teams there too. She does not sell financial products or take clients.
How far ahead should we book for a summit or offsite?
Leadership conferences and corporate summits typically book six to twelve months out. Offsites, manager series and leadership program sessions can often be booked within three months. Send your date through the booking form and our team will confirm availability within one business day.
Let's put money stress on the agenda, and then take it off your leaders' plates.
